Customer reviews put Kissflow ahead of Salesforce, Appian and Outsystems in AI-augmented low-code application platforms
Kissflow has secured the #1 position on Gartner Peer Insights based on customer reviews over the past 12 months in the AI-Augmented Low-Code Application Platforms category, putting customer experience at the centre of the company’s enterprise application strategy.
The recognition comes as enterprises move beyond isolated AI experiments and look for platforms that can connect application development, automation, integration and AI to measurable business outcomes. Kissflow’s positioning reflects a broader shift in enterprise technology—from deploying individual AI tools to building governed applications and workflows around business processes.
“Customer feedback is one of the most important signals we have,” said Suresh Sambandam, CEO, Kissflow. “Being ranked #1 based on customer reviews over the last 12 months is meaningful because it comes from the people actually using our platform to solve real business problems.”
The company says the recognition is particularly significant because its customer-review position comes ahead of large enterprise suite vendors and established low-code players, including Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, Appian, Pega and Outsystems.

Customer experience becomes a technology signal
Gartner Peer Insights gives enterprise technology users a platform to share experiences with products they have purchased and deployed. Kissflow’s customer feedback highlights ease of building applications around business operations, extensive customization and the ability to manage processes, approvals, changes and transactions within the platform.
That customer perspective is increasingly relevant as enterprises assess whether AI-enabled development platforms can move from demonstrations to production environments.
“This recognition is ultimately about our customers,” said Dinesh Varadharajan, Chief Product Officer, Kissflow. “Every review represents an experience, a challenge solved and a transformation journey. The feedback we receive helps us understand where we are creating value and where we need to raise the bar.”
Kissflow is continuing to bring AI-powered application development together with workflow automation, integrations and business intelligence. Its broader strategy is to make enterprise application development more accessible while maintaining governance over what AI builds and how applications operate.
The company says it now serves 1,200 customers, including 50 Fortune 500 companies, across 87 countries. Its platform supports low-code and no-code development alongside Agentic AI applications, connectors and MCP capabilities for integration with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and Salesforce.
The Gartner Peer Insights recognition therefore points to a wider enterprise application trend: customer experience, governance and business usability are becoming important measures as organisations decide which AI-enabled development platforms can support transformation beyond the pilot stage.
