MoU creates a framework for advanced threat intelligence, early warning and actionable cyber-risk insights across government and critical infrastructure
Cyble has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the UAE Cyber Security Council to strengthen national threat intelligence capabilities and support the protection of the country’s digital infrastructure.
The collaboration establishes a framework for Cyble to provide advanced threat intelligence, early-warning capabilities and actionable insights into emerging cyber risks affecting government and critical-infrastructure organisations. The partnership is also expected to improve visibility into threat actors, malicious campaigns and vulnerabilities that could affect critical systems and services.

At the technology layer, Cyble’s threat intelligence platform, Cyble Vision, powered by Blaze AI, will support the collaboration with rapid detection, automated analysis and contextual intelligence. Its capabilities span ransomware, phishing, fraud and other evolving threats relevant to national security priorities.
The agreement reflects a broader shift toward intelligence-led cybersecurity, where governments and critical infrastructure operators increasingly need earlier visibility into threats rather than relying primarily on incident response.
For Cyble, the MoU also strengthens its engagement with government and regulatory organisations across the Middle East and positions threat intelligence as a strategic component of national cyber resilience.
