Dubai-based AI platform aradus is helping manufacturers and distributors automate routine operational work, with the company reporting that its platform has automated more than 90% of customer orders and inbound inquiries across live customer workflows in the MENA region.
Unlike AI solutions focused primarily on chatbots, aradus provides AI agents designed to execute day-to-day operational tasks while working alongside the existing systems businesses already use, including ERP, TMS and WMS platforms.
The platform can process orders, respond to customer inquiries, read and validate documents, manage purchase orders and inventory, track shipments, follow up on missing paperwork and update operational records. It also keeps customers, suppliers and partners informed through automated status updates.

Aradus estimates that shipment tracking alone can help customers avoid USD 100–200 in demurrage charges per container, highlighting the potential financial impact of automating logistics workflows.
The platform is designed to keep humans involved when judgment or approval is required. Its Command Center presents teams with the relevant context and a recommended action, allowing employees to review and approve decisions while aradus handles the subsequent routine work.
Launched in May 2026, the Dubai-based company targets manufacturers, distributors and importers across sectors including pharma and medical, food and beverage, cosmetics, electronics, plastics and packaging, auto parts and industrial businesses.
By operating as an AI layer over existing technology infrastructure, aradus aims to help physical-industry businesses adopt automation without replacing their core systems, while maintaining human oversight over important decisions.
