The global consultancy’s new 25,000 sq ft base features a dedicated in-house Data Hall supporting AI-enabled workflows, digital twins, and high-performance computational engineering.
AESG has inaugurated its new Dubai headquarters, a purpose-designed 25,000 square foot facility that signals both the firm’s remarkable growth trajectory and its deepening commitment to the emirate as a hub for technical excellence and innovation.
Founded in Dubai, AESG has evolved from a regional consultancy into a genuinely global operation, with offices now spanning London, Singapore, Sydney, Melbourne, Cape Town, Cairo, and across the wider Middle East. The new headquarters brings the firm’s Dubai-based teams together under one roof for the first time a consolidation made necessary by growth that has been anything but modest. The firm’s project pipeline has expanded by over 60% in two years, with headcount doubling to more than 500 consultants since early 2023.
“Our growth over recent years is a direct reflection of that demand, and this headquarters is our response to it. Dubai’s infrastructure, talent pool, and long-term ambition make it the right place to build from — and we remain firmly committed to it.”
— Saeed Al Abbar, CEO, AESG
That expansion reflects a fundamental shift in how clients across the region are procuring technical services. Rather than engaging specialists in isolation, developers and asset owners are increasingly seeking fully integrated partners capable of delivering engineering, sustainability, and cost management cohesively from project inception through to completion. AESG has positioned itself precisely at that intersection.
“Investing in our own Data Hall, within our own headquarters, gives us a secured, scalable platform to develop proprietary AI and digital engineering tools in-house, which translates directly into better, faster, and more reliable outcomes for our clients.”
— Scott Coombes, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, AESG
The headline feature of the new headquarters is a dedicated Data Hall an in-house, high-performance digital engineering environment built to support AI-enabled workflows, computational fluid dynamics, digital twin modelling, and real-time simulation. The facility provides a secure, scalable platform for AESG’s proprietary tools, directly addressing the data-intensive demands of giga-projects, data centres, hospitality, and large-scale infrastructure assignments the firm is increasingly winning across the region and internationally.
