Sharaka Capital–led round to accelerate Saudi-built cybersecurity innovation aligned with Vision 2030

Solidrange has secured $2.4 million in Seed funding to accelerate the development and regional expansion of its AI-powered Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and cybersecurity awareness platforms. The round was led by Sharaka Capital, with participation from Sadu Capital, SEEDRA Ventures, and Tali Ventures.

The funding will support Solidrange’s next phase of growth, including expanding its footprint across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, advancing product and technical capabilities, and deepening the use of artificial intelligence across its platforms. The company’s offerings are closely aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, supporting national cybersecurity objectives around resilience, compliance maturity, and human-centric cyber defence.

Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Riyadh, Solidrange is led by Jamal M. Labani, CEO and Co-Founder. The company currently serves more than 50 enterprise customers, including government entities, publicly listed organizations, and large public- and private-sector institutions across the Kingdom.

“Solidrange has demonstrated strong execution in building enterprise-grade platforms that address critical challenges in governance, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity awareness,” said Abdulelah Al‑Owayyid from Sharaka Capital. “This investment will help accelerate growth, expand its offerings, and contribute meaningfully to Saudi Arabia’s cybersecurity ecosystem.”

Solidrange’s momentum reflects rising demand in the Kingdom for locally developed, regulation-ready cybersecurity solutions that reduce operational complexity while strengthening organizational readiness. The company’s platforms are already supporting multiple regulatory and oversight bodies in Saudi Arabia, reinforcing trust in its technology and alignment with national compliance frameworks.

“This funding is a strong endorsement of our vision to modernize GRC through Saudi-built platforms that meet global standards,” said Jamal M. Labani. “As cyber threats increasingly exploit human behavior and operational gaps, our AI-driven automation and human risk management approach helps organizations strengthen resilience while simplifying compliance.”

Solidrange’s flagship platforms include EasyCompliance, a unified GRC automation solution that streamlines audits, policies, and controls, and Awareness10, an AI-powered cybersecurity awareness platform combining interactive training with phishing simulations to reduce human-driven cyber risk.

With cyber resilience now a strategic priority across the GCC, Solidrange aims to position itself as a leading regional provider of GRC and cybersecurity awareness solutions for a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
