Dynatrace has expanded its collaboration with Google Cloud to help enterprises unlock the next phase of AI-driven innovation, becoming a launch partner for Gemini Enterprise and Gemini CLI extensions. The move strengthens Dynatrace’s role in enabling organizations to build, operate, and scale agentic AI systems with greater visibility, reliability, and operational control.
As enterprises increasingly adopt AI agents across complex cloud environments, observability is emerging as a critical foundation. Dynatrace’s new Gemini CLI Extension allows developers to access real-time observability and root-cause analysis directly from their command-line interface. This enables faster troubleshooting and optimization without disrupting developer workflows.
“By embedding observability directly into AI-driven workflows, enterprises can move faster with confidence,” says Jay Snyder, SVP, Partners and Alliances, Dynatrace.
In parallel, Dynatrace has integrated with Gemini Enterprise using Google’s Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol. This connection allows AI agents to collaborate directly with Dynatrace’s observability platform, helping organizations detect, resolve, and even prevent issues across distributed and dynamic environments. The result is a more proactive and resilient operational model for AI-powered systems.
To further simplify adoption, Dynatrace’s AI-driven integrations are now available through Google Cloud Marketplace, allowing customers to deploy agentic AI capabilities securely and at scale within their existing Google Cloud environments. Dynatrace is also among the first observability providers to deliver a Google-validated A2A and Gemini Enterprise-compatible agent, reinforcing its position within Google Cloud’s trusted partner ecosystem.
“Our expanded partnership with Google Cloud reflects Dynatrace’s leadership in observability and our commitment to shaping how AI transforms cloud operations,” said Jay Snyder, Senior Vice President of Partners and Alliances at Dynatrace. “As a launch partner for Gemini Enterprise and Gemini CLI extensions, we are helping customers build intelligent systems that adapt, optimize, and operate reliably in real time.”
The expanded collaboration underscores how observability is becoming essential infrastructure for enterprises looking to operationalize AI at scale while maintaining performance, security, and business resilience.
