Quantum Precision Meets AI Scale: Keysight and NVIDIA Lay Groundwork for Hybrid Compute Future

Collaboration around NVQLink signals a new era of disaggregated infrastructure and quantum-AI integration

As the boundaries of high-performance computing stretch toward quantum-enhanced AI, Keysight Technologies and NVIDIA are stepping forward with a bold new framework: NVQLink. Announced at GTC 2025, this open architecture aims to unify quantum processors and AI supercomputing under a low-latency, hybrid model—one that promises to reshape scientific discovery and industrial innovation.

Keysight’s role in this collaboration is more than technical—it’s foundational. With decades of experience in enabling large-scale systems, the company is now advancing quantum-classical integration through its Quantum Control System (QCS), a platform designed for precision, scalability, and adaptability. By aligning with NVIDIA’s CUDA-Q and NVQLink, Keysight is helping define how quantum control systems and classical accelerators can operate seamlessly within modern data centers.

“As the industry accelerates toward the next era of high-performance computing, leadership means more than building breakthrough technologies,” said Dr. Eric Holland, General Manager, Keysight Quantum Engineer Solutions. “It requires defining the standards that make these transformative technologies universally accessible.”

The collaboration reflects a broader shift toward disaggregated computing—where compute, memory, storage, and networking are decoupled into composable resource pools. This architecture enables dynamic configuration, optimized performance, and future-proof scalability, especially for workloads spanning AI, large-scale simulations, and quantum experimentation.

Tim Costa, General Manager for Quantum at NVIDIA, emphasized the urgency: “Driving breakthroughs in quantum computing requires quantum processors to integrate within AI supercomputers to run complex control tasks and deploy hybrid applications. Keysight is playing an integral role in solving this challenge.”

Together, Keysight and NVIDIA are not just enabling hybrid quantum–AI computing—they’re architecting its future. NVQLink may well become the connective tissue of tomorrow’s heterogeneous compute environments, where quantum precision and AI performance converge to unlock new frontiers in modeling, simulation, and intelligent automation.
