SolarWinds to Spotlight AI-Driven IT Resilience at GITEX Global 2025

Company to showcase observability, ITSM, and AI automation with key partners at one of its largest Middle East presences

SolarWinds, a leading provider of observability and IT management solutions, has confirmed its participation at GITEX Global 2025, taking place October 13–17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Marking one of its largest regional event presences to date, the company will be located at Hall 8, Stand C15, alongside strategic partners Delta Line International, Clever Solutions, and Softech Systems.

SolarWinds will spotlight its AI-enhanced observability and IT service management (ITSM) solutions, demonstrating how IT teams can move beyond reactive firefighting to proactive performance management. Central to the showcase is the SolarWinds® Platform, which unifies full-stack observability, ITSM, database performance, and security. Offered through both SaaS and self-hosted models, the platform leverages AI for IT operations (AIOps) and automated incident response to help enterprises strengthen uptime, security, and service delivery across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

“As digital transformation accelerates across the region, IT teams face mounting pressure to deliver performance, availability, and security amid rising complexity,” said Laurent Delattre, vice president of EMEA sales at SolarWinds. “At GITEX Global 2025, our executive team will showcase how our flexible solutions support resilience and scale, while deepening regional partnerships to ensure customers are supported at every stage of their cloud journey.”

The company’s GITEX highlights will include daily live demos of AI-powered incident detection, resolution, and intelligent alerting; partner showcases featuring joint customer success stories; and a Tech Talk session led by Eric Bauer, VP of Solutions Engineering and Enablement, on October 14 titled “From Insight to Action: AI in Observability and the Future of IT Resilience.”

With senior leaders including Cullen Childress, Chief Product Officer, present at the event, SolarWinds underscores the Middle East’s strategic importance in its global growth journey.
