Riverbed has announced the launch of its AI Innovators Awards Program, a global initiative to celebrate enterprise customers leveraging artificial intelligence to transform IT operations at scale. The quarterly awards highlight organizations that are harnessing the Riverbed Platform and its next-generation AIOps and observability solutions to accelerate incident response, reduce costs, prevent disruptions, and deliver a more seamless digital experience.
The program has already recognized over 40 customers worldwide—spanning financial services, healthcare, and other industries—who have achieved more than 10,000 automated remediations per month. Winners are selected for their creativity in applying AI, strategic execution, and measurable business outcomes.

One such winner, Global Credit Union, was recognized for its AIOps-driven solution, NORA. “Achieving over 10,000 automated remediations per month reflects the collaboration, commitment, and innovation our team brings to every challenge and the powerful capabilities of the Riverbed Platform,” said Douglas Horner, SVP of IM Operations at Global Credit Union.
Riverbed’s momentum in AI continues, with three major product releases in 2025, combining generative, predictive, and agentic AI within its unified observability platform. Through the AI Innovators Awards, the company aims to spotlight customers who demonstrate leadership in deploying AI to drive tangible ROI and reshape business outcomes.
