ServiceNow

New command center enables full-lifecycle management of AI agents, boosts ROI, and drives responsible orchestration

ServiceNow has unveiled its AI Control Tower, a centralized platform designed to manage, govern, and secure every AI agent, model, and workflow—both native and third-party—across an enterprise. The move marks a major leap in scaling responsible and results-driven AI adoption.

Built into the ServiceNow AI Platform, the AI Control Tower empowers enterprises with full visibility into their AI ecosystem, helping them align agentic operations with business strategy while embedding governance and compliance at every level. From real-time dashboards to end-to-end lifecycle management, it allows CIOs to direct AI resources with the same discipline as human workforces.

“Managing AI agents like human employees is the next evolution in enterprise AI. ServiceNow is leading that charge.”

— Amit Zavery, President, CPO & COO, ServiceNow

The company also debuted AI Agent Fabric, a communication backbone for agent-to-agent collaboration. Supporting protocols like MCP and A2A, it allows seamless coordination across ServiceNow and third-party AI agents, enabling dynamic, cross-platform task execution.

Partners including Accenture, Adobe, Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, and Google Cloud are among the first to integrate with Agent Fabric, expanding ServiceNow’s orchestration layer across enterprise ecosystems.

“With AI agents proliferating, coordinating their work becomes as critical as managing human teams,” said Amit Zavery, President, Chief Product Officer, and COO at ServiceNow. “AI Control Tower helps organizations scale AI with control, alignment, and real outcomes.”

According to Gartner, organizations using AI governance platforms will outperform peers in trust and compliance by 2028—validating the urgency of such a solution.

AI Control Tower is generally available. AI Agent Fabric is available to early adopters, with general availability slated for Q3 2025.
