New venture aims to build the world’s first full-value-chain global AI transformation factory for enterprises
In a bold move to redefine enterprise transformation on a global scale, Trend Micro Incorporated, a leader in cybersecurity, and Wistron Digital Technology Holding Company (WDH) have announced their intent to form Magna AI, a full-value-chain global AI transformation factory. The new venture will provide advisory, integration, and operational services across infrastructure, applications, and services — accelerating AI-driven transformation for industries and governments worldwide.
Magna AI’s unified model integrates Trend Micro’s AI security platform, WDH’s AI hardware and system integration expertise, and NVIDIA NIM (Inference Microservices) to deliver a secure, end-to-end AI platform. The factory will enable enterprises to design, deploy, and manage AI at scale — across public, private, sovereign, and hybrid environments.
