According to the ServiceNow Enterprise AI Maturity Index 2025, nearly 49% of UAE enterprises have already implemented more than 100 AI use cases — marking a decisive move toward large-scale execution. IDC’s Harish Dunakhe noted that 42% of UAE organizations view AI as key to automation initiatives, while 35% believe AI agents will drive innovation and competitiveness.
