ServiceNow has announced the acquisition of Quality 360 from Advania to expand its manufacturing capabilities. The integration of Quality 360 into ServiceNow Manufacturing Commercial Operations (MCO) will empower manufacturers with AI-driven insights, proactive quality management, and real-time issue resolution, helping to minimize operational costs and reputational risks.
Quality management is a growing concern in the manufacturing sector, with defects and inefficiencies costing companies up to 15-20% of sales revenue, according to the American Society for Quality. Originally built by Advania on the ServiceNow platform, Quality 360 enables manufacturers to identify, track, and resolve quality issues at every stage of production and service delivery, from root cause analysis to corrective actions and resolution.
