SentinelOne, the global leader in AI‑native cybersecurity, has appointed Sonalee Parekh as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), marking a significant milestone as the company continues its rapid expansion and focuses on sustained profitability. Parekh will assume the role on March 24, 2026, overseeing all global financial operations including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit, and investor relations.
Until her transition date, Interim CFO Barry Padgett will continue to guide the company through its fiscal fourth‑quarter and full‑year 2026 earnings report, ensuring operational continuity.
With more than 25 years of financial leadership in public software and technology companies, Parekh brings extensive expertise in scaling high‑growth platforms and building disciplined financial frameworks. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Asana, where she helped accelerate the company’s multi‑product, AI‑first roadmap and significantly improved profitability. Before that, she was CFO of RingCentral, contributing to the company’s growth to more than $2 billion in annual recurring revenue while driving meaningful margin expansion. Her earlier tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise included roles as Divisional CFO and Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations.
