In an effort to shape the next generation of ethical hackers, Positive Technologies has officially opened applications for Positive Hack Camp, its global cybersecurity education initiative. The two-week immersive camp will run from July 26 to August 10, 2025, in Moscow, and is open to students and young professionals aged 18 and above from across the world. The application deadline is June 15.
Organized with the support of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development and CyberEd, the camp forms part of the broader Positive Hack Days cyberfestival. The program promises real-world training in ethical hacking, led by Positive Technologies’ own white-hat hackers—researchers who’ve discovered critical vulnerabilities in systems from Apple, Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, and more.
“We’re uniting talent across borders to secure the digital future.”
— Yuliya Danchina, Head of Positive Education, Positive Technologies
Last year, Positive Hack Camp hosted 70+ participants from 20 countries. This year, over 100 young cybersecurity talents are expected to take part in an intensive schedule of hands-on labs, technical workshops, and scenario-based challenges, with an emphasis on cross-border collaboration and digital defense.
“Positive Hack Camp is a unique program uniting talents to build a more secure digital future. Our mission is to develop highly skilled cybersecurity professionals who can protect their nations’ digital sovereignty,” said Yuliya Danchina, Director of Customer and Partner Training.
Conducted entirely in English, the program will also offer food, lodging, safety, and supervision at no cost to participants. It also includes cultural exchanges and networking opportunities designed to foster a truly global cybersecurity community.
With growing threats from ransomware, infostealers, and nation-state actors, the camp represents a timely investment in building cyber capacity—especially for emerging economies in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
