Our Solutions Save Time, Money and Resources.

At GITEX 2023, there were many companies who wanted to make impact. One of them was Heimdal Security, which is an end point security company. Enterprise IT World spoke to the Senior Channel Manager of the company, Claire Mollan. Excerpts.

What’s your expectation from this exposition?  

It is an absolutely fantastic event. I am blown away by how big it is. So many fantastic vendors here. The expectation is to meet new partners and catch up with existing partners.  

How are your placed in MEA region? 

We are a global company and we work in all territories of the globe. Bulwark is our major partner in this region. Also we have presence in india as well.  

Pls. Let us know about your product lines. 

We have a unique position in the market. We offer total security. Our AV products are designed in-house and work seamlessly with each other under one dashboard. It’s just an agent that sits on the endpoint cloud. We offer DNS security, next generation e-mail security and patch solutions. So, it is nine – ten different products now. It saves lots of time and resources.

What is the real value proposition that you are offering? 

Our solutions save time, money and resources. There’s intelligence inbuilt into all the solutions and are all modular in nature. Our patching solution is fully automated and works with third party OS inclding Microsoft OS. It certainly adds a lot of value to the customers because it saves time.

Bulwark is your value-added distributor, who else do you have in the region? 

We have got a fabulous distributor in Bulwark who has engaged with many partners so far. But we are open to meet new value-added resellers in this region. We are here to engage with new people and spread the word of Heimdal Security. We are one of the fastest growing security vendors that is privately funded so you know.  

What is your target in terms of engaging with the channel partners?  

We are just here to meet as many people as possible. It would be fantastic to get some engagements – perhaps 20 partners within the UAE. And also, I would like to make some connections from the other countries as well. We specialize in SMB market but also open to addess enterprises.  

Do you have any channel program? 

Yes. We do have a partner programme. We have rebraded and given it a real big overhaul. Part of this programme, of course, you get the pound, the margin that goes in different levels – silver, gold, platinum. We have got a fantastic partner portal where you can pull in all your resources – training videos, white papers, deal registration, incentives that we have, etc. We have a lot of different incentives that we run from time to time. You also get a dedicated channel account manager and we also have got a superb customer support as well. So the partners can be rest assured that when they bring one of their valued customers on board, they’re gonna get the best service and be well looked after.
