In partnership with e&, Dell Technologies, Intel, Cisco, Pure Storage, and SUSE, the company demonstrates how enterprises and governments can fast-track their AI journey with secure, production-ready platforms.

Open Innovation AI is set to spotlight the future of sovereign AI at GITEX Global 2025, taking place from October 13–17 at Dubai World Trade Centre. Partnering with global technology leaders including e&Dell TechnologiesIntelCiscoPure Storage, and SUSE, the company will showcase how its unified AI software stack enables secure, scalable, and sovereign AI adoption across industries.

At the event, Dr. Rachid Belmeskine, Co-Founder and CTO of Open Innovation AI, will join SUSE in a panel discussion on “Accelerating AI Infrastructure Orchestration with Rancher and OICM.” The company’s flagship Open Innovation Cluster Manager (OICM) platform, along with OI Agents, OI Code, and OI Chat, will demonstrate how organizations can maximize GPU efficiency, ensure compliance, and reduce costs by up to 40%.

According to Dr. Benaichouche, the demand for sovereign AI is driven by governments and enterprises seeking greater data privacy, model ownership, and infrastructure independence. “At the forefront of this transformation, Open Innovation AI delivers the platforms and expertise that make sovereign, practical AI a reality—from infrastructure to orchestration, at scale,” he said.

Dr. Belmeskine added, “Enterprises face fragmented infrastructure, compliance barriers, and vendor lock-in. Our solutions eliminate these obstacles by unifying AI operations under one trusted platform—making AI practical, cost-effective, and sovereign.”

During GITEX, Open Innovation AI will also host exclusive technical sessions offering a deep dive into its sovereign AI stack, helping organizations accelerate deployment, optimize GPU utilization, and achieve full AI sovereignty.

With its expanding partnerships and end-to-end AI management platforms, Open Innovation AI is positioning itself as a catalyst for national and enterprise AI transformation across the GCC and beyond.
