Nutanix Leader Gartner Magic Quadrant 2025 hybrid infrastructure

Company recognized for both Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision, reinforcing its position in enabling hybrid multicloud and AI-driven enterprises.

Nutanix has been recognized as a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Distributed Hybrid Infrastructure. This marks Nutanix’s third appearance in the report and its second consecutive year as a Leader, underlining its strength in delivering a unified, scalable, and secure cloud platform.

The Nutanix Cloud Platform (NCP) enables organizations to run applications and manage data seamlessly across diverse environments – on-premises, in the public cloud, or at the edge. With support for AWS, Microsoft Azure, and the public preview of Google Cloud, along with Kubernetes® integration, external storage, and AI deployment capabilities, Nutanix continues to expand its footprint across industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and the public sector.

“This recognition from Gartner underscores the trust our customers place in Nutanix to help them modernize their IT and accelerate digital transformation.”

Lee Caswell, SVP, Product & Solutions Marketing at Nutanix, said the recognition validates the company’s long-term strategy. “We feel our positioning on both vision and execution in this year’s Gartner Magic Quadrant for Distributed Hybrid Infrastructure is a direct reflection of our relentless focus on innovation and customer success.”

Customer experiences underscore this positioning. First Foundation Bank, based in California, relies on NCP for disaster recovery of its virtual desktop infrastructure. Adrian S. Darmawan, EVP and CTO at the bank, highlighted the benefits: “The most valued feature of NCP is its scalability. If there is a disaster, more machines can be spun up quickly. With NCP, our capex is also lower since it is elastic, and we can turn on our disaster recovery solution during tests or when it is actually needed.”

In the MEA region, demand for hybrid multicloud strategies is accelerating. “Organizations across the region are increasingly adopting hybrid multicloud strategies to gain agility, resilience, and scalability, while also preparing for new AI-driven workloads,” added Raif Abou Diab of Nutanix. “With NCP, we are empowering enterprises to simplify complexity, optimize costs, and innovate faster — all while ensuring security and compliance across diverse environments.”

The recognition highlights Nutanix’s continued role in helping enterprises transition to hybrid multicloud environments that are future-ready, cost-effective, and innovation-driven.
