Nutanix, a global leader in hybrid multicloud computing, and OVHcloud, Europe’s leading hyperscaler, have announced the launch of Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) on OVHcloud. The collaboration enables enterprises to build sustainable hybrid and multicloud environments that align with European data-sovereignty and regulatory compliance standards—while delivering operational simplicity and flexibility.
The announcement comes as enterprises increasingly seek trusted alternatives amid the shifting cloud landscape following Broadcom’s VMware acquisition. The NC2 on OVHcloud offering provides a seamless, sovereign, and sustainable hybrid cloud option, combining Nutanix’s unified software platform with OVHcloud’s European-owned, low-carbon data centers.

The new offering helps organizations simplify operations, reduce carbon footprint, and improve ROI through sustainable infrastructure. A recent IDC report sponsored by Nutanix found that hybrid multicloud deployments can reduce rack space by 80%, cut carbon emissions by up to 200 metric tons annually, and decrease energy use by up to 80%.
