Company emphasises reliability, governance, and scalable infrastructure as the foundation for next‑generation autonomous systems

ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, outlined its strategy to help organisations evolve into AI‑driven and autonomous enterprises during the 13th edition of its UserConf Dubai, its largest annual customer event in the UAE.

With AI adoption accelerating across sectors, organisations are transitioning from early experimentation toward dependable, large‑scale deployment of agentic and autonomous systems. According to ManageEngine, this shift brings new challenges in ensuring reliability, governance, and operational oversight all of which are key to enabling trust at scale.

Setting the tone for the company’s vision at UserConf Dubai 2026, Rajesh Ganesan, CEO of ManageEngine emphasised that enterprise infrastructure must now be built with reliability as a core design principle. He noted that ManageEngine’s evolution into a “platform of platforms” enables organisations to embed resilience directly into their digital environment rather than adding it retrospectively.

“Enterprises are moving from experimenting with AI to running autonomous systems in real‑world conditions and in that shift, performance, security, and reliability become non‑negotiable.” Rajesh Ganesan, CEO of ManageEngine

The conference’s agenda reflected the industry’s growing need for structured, secure AI deployment. Highlights included:

  • A keynote from Rajesh Ganesan on the move from AI‑ready to AI‑driven autonomous digital enterprises and the role of a unified management platform.
  • A session by cybersecurity leader Heba Farahat, titled “A pause before agentic AI adoption,” exploring security implications of autonomous decision‑making systems.
  • A panel discussion examining how cybersecurity is transforming from a compliance requirement into a strategic business advantage.

ManageEngine also underscored its alignment with the UAE government’s national AI ambitions. Nirmal Kumar Manoharan, Vice President of Revenue Operations, noted that the company is actively supporting organisations in building reliable, scalable infrastructure essential for the next stage of AI adoption.

The event featured hands‑on workshops, certifications, expert panels, and product demonstrations, giving attendees practical insights into maximising value from ManageEngine’s comprehensive IT management suite while preparing their organisations for a future powered by autonomous operations.
