In a landmark announcement at GITEX Global 2025, Magna AI and TechnoVal unveiled plans for a $300 million strategic alliance to drive intelligent industrialization across the Middle East and North Africa. The partnership will establish a sovereign-ready AI and Cloud Data Center in Saudi Arabia, designed to support public and private sector workloads with secure, scalable infrastructure for cross-border AI computing and data governance.
Magna AI, backed by Trend Micro, Wistron Digital Technology Holding Company (WDH), and powered by NVIDIA technologies, brings full-stack AI transformation capabilities to the alliance. TechnoVal, an SAP Gold Partner and elite cybersecurity provider, contributes deep regional expertise in ERP, managed services, and enterprise modernization.

“This alliance represents the fusion of global AI power with regional excellence,” said Dr. Moataz BinAli, CEO of Magna AI. “We’re enabling governments and industries to scale AI adoption responsibly, with sovereignty and sustainability at the core.”
The initiative will also transform TechnoVal’s parent groups—HSA and OMACO—into AI-powered industrial benchmarks across FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, and food processing. By embedding intelligence and predictive optimization across their operations, the alliance aims to set new global standards for efficiency and resilience.
Magna AI’s capabilities will be integrated into TechnoVal’s SAP ecosystem, enhancing platforms like S/4HANA and SuccessFactors with AI copilots, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation. TechnoVal’s cybersecurity offerings will be fortified with SIEM and Cybersecurity Digital Twin technologies, delivering proactive defense and measurable resilience.
Beyond infrastructure, the partners will co-develop a go-to-market framework and shared knowledge program to accelerate AI adoption across finance, energy, healthcare, and smart cities—ushering in a new era of intelligent industrialization for the region.
