IFS Loops Accelerates Industrial Operations with Agentic AI Digital Workers

10 Digital Workers with 50 agentic skills now live; 100+ skills to launch by December 2025

IFS, the global leader in Industrial AI software, has unveiled a major advancement in its IFS Loops agent platform, introducing 10 Digital Workers equipped with 50 agentic skills—with more than 100 skills expected by December 2025.

Built for industries including manufacturing, energy, utilities, telecom, construction, aerospace & defense, and services, the new agentic AI Digital Workers autonomously manage complex, high-volume workflows such as field dispatch, supplier coordination, order management, and inventory replenishment. These AI agents operate with real-time intelligence, audit-ready compliance, and domain-specific understanding—redefining how operations teams work.

“Digital Workers are now a differentiator — driving productivity, agility, and workforce empowerment.”
— Mickey North Rizza, Group VP, Enterprise Software, IDC

Unlike traditional automation or RPA tools, IFS Loops Digital Workers act as intelligent teammates—making context-driven decisions, learning continuously, and scaling across enterprise systems. They can be embedded in IFS Cloud or operate alongside legacy systems, delivering immediate ROI and measurable operational impact.

Somya Kapoor, CEO of IFS Loops, explained:

“The pace of operational change is faster than ever, and companies can’t afford long rollout cycles. IFS Loops provides a digital workforce ready to deploy today, orchestrating complex industrial workflows reliably and securely—while empowering human teams to focus on higher-value tasks. This is the first real step into agentic AI for many enterprises.”

To meet the growing demand for scalable automation, IFS plans to release an additional 50 agentic skills by year-end and launch IFS Loops Studio in Q1 2026, enabling enterprises to create custom Digital Workers tailored to their operations.

Mickey North Rizza, Group VP, Enterprise Software at IDC, noted:

“Companies deploying agentic AI today are already building competitive advantage. Digital Workers are becoming a strategic differentiator, improving productivity, employee experience, and operational agility.”

With agentic AI integrated across its cloud ecosystem, IFS continues to empower industries to reimagine operations and optimize efficiency in a rapidly transforming digital landscape.
