IFS Accelerates Industrial AI Adoption with 22% ARR Growth

IFS

Global enterprises scale AI across mission-critical operations, driving measurable outcomes and expansion

IFS has reported a 22% year-on-year increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for FY2025 YTD, underscoring a decisive shift in industrial AI adoption. As global enterprises move beyond pilots, IFS.ai is being deployed across asset-intensive industries to optimize operations, reduce complexity, and deliver real-world impact.

Unlike generic AI platforms, IFS.ai is purpose-built for industries that manufacture goods, maintain critical assets, and manage service-heavy operations. Customers such as Arcelor Mittal, Collins Aerospace, Japan Airlines, and TotalEnergies are expanding their investments, driving growth in recurring revenue and enterprise-wide deployments.

Key innovations include:

  • IFS.ai: Embedded intelligence that orchestrates complexity and enables real-time decision-making.
  • Nexus Black: IFS’s AI accelerator, now led by Kriti Sharma, rapidly turns customer challenges into productized AI solutions.
  • IFS Loops: Agentic digital workers that autonomously manage complex workflows across any enterprise data source.
  • 7Bridges Acquisition: Adds advanced AI-driven supply chain and logistics optimization.

“Our AI investments are driving larger deal sizes and faster expansion,” said CEO Mark Moffat. “Customers are choosing IFS because our Industrial AI delivers outcomes they can measure and scale.”

CFO Matthias Heiden added, “With 82% of our revenue now recurring, we have strong visibility and the ability to fund continuous innovation.”

Momentum continues into 2026, with IFS hosting Industrial X Unleashed in New York on November 13, featuring live demos from partners including Anthropic, Boston Dynamics, Microsoft, PwC, and Siemens.
