Firstsource and Monash University Forge AI Partnership to Drive Real-World Impact

In a strategic step toward advancing AI-led innovation and talent development, Firstsource Solutions Limited, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Monash University, one of Australia’s leading research institutions.

The partnership aims to bridge academic research and industry execution by co-developing next-generation Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that deliver measurable business and societal outcomes. The collaboration will combine Monash’s research depth with Firstsource’s global digital transformation expertise, enabling the translation of frontier research into practical applications across sectors such as healthcare, energy, and financial services.
