Award underscores Emerson’s long‑term commitment to Saudi Arabia’s industrial transformation and IKTVA-driven manufacturing excellence
Emerson, a global leader in industrial automation and software, has been awarded the 2026 Saudi Aramco Local Manufacturers Quality Award, recognizing the company’s sustained commitment to manufacturing excellence, quality governance, and alignment with the Kingdom’s strategic industrial goals.
The award was presented during a ceremony at the Dhahran Plaza Conference Center on January 29, 2026. Hosted by Wail A. Al Jaafari, Executive Vice President of Technical Services at Saudi Aramco, the event celebrated organizations demonstrating exceptional performance across local manufacturing, product quality, and operational reliability.
“This recognition reinforces our commitment to quality, local execution and Vision 2030.”

Emerson earned the recognition following a rigorous quality assessment conducted in coordination with Saudi Aramco’s technical teams. The evaluation was led by Emerson’s Control and Safety Systems (CSS) organization, which represented the company at the Dhahran ceremony.
“This recognition from Saudi Aramco underscores the strength of a long-standing partnership built on trust, technical rigor, and local execution,” said Hussein Zein, Vice President of Emerson in Saudi Arabia. “Our focus on quality governance, leadership accountability, and products manufactured from Saudi Arabia is central to supporting Vision 2030.”
The Saudi Aramco Local Manufacturers Quality Award highlights organizations that demonstrate exceptional adherence to technical, operational and quality standards aligned with the In‑Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) program Saudi Arabia’s flagship initiative to boost industrial capability, local content, and economic diversification.
Emerson’s presence in the Kingdom has expanded steadily over the past 16 years, including facilities in Jubail, Dammam, Dhahran, and most notably the launch of its manufacturing hub at King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) in 2024. These investments reflect the company’s long-term commitment to developing a competitive, localized industrial ecosystem, enhancing supply chain resilience, and supporting employment and skills development across Saudi Arabia.
Through its advanced automation technologies and localized manufacturing footprint, Emerson continues to play a pivotal role in supporting Saudi Arabia’s journey toward a more diversified, innovation-driven industrial economy.
