Dynatrace Crest Data observability migration

Dynatrace has announced a strategic partnership with Crest Data to accelerate enterprise migrations from legacy observability platforms to its AI-powered solution. The collaboration aims to simplify transitions for organizations seeking scalable, automated insights across complex digital environments.

“Our collaboration with Dynatrace is focused on delivering a seamless, automated migration experience,” said Malhar Shah, CEO of Crest Data. “We’re helping organizations modernize faster and more efficiently, with minimal disruption.”

The joint solution offers purpose-built tools for migrating dashboards and alerts, powered by Dynatrace’s Grail data lakehouse and Davis AI engine. Customers gain unified observability across logs, metrics, traces, and events—reducing complexity and unlocking real-time operational intelligence.

“As enterprises accelerate their shift away from traditional log management tools, they need a migration path that’s fast, scalable, and ready for the future,” said Steve McMahon, Chief Customer Officer at Dynatrace.

The partnership also supports future-proof flexibility, with plans to expand migration capabilities beyond dashboards and alerts. Early adopters like Storio Group report transformative results, citing reduced operational overhead and improved visibility.

Crest Data brings deep technical expertise and automation-first strategies to the table, while Dynatrace delivers full-stack observability designed for modern digital ecosystems. Together, they’re enabling enterprises to streamline operations and scale with confidence.
