Disrupt-X, Intel, and Taaleem Pioneer AI-Powered Certification for Safer, Smarter Schools

Collaboration ushers in the world’s first AI-driven auditing platform for education, advancing safety, sustainability, and wellbeing across UAE campuses.

In a move that redefines digital transformation in education, Disrupt-X, Intel, and Taaleem have joined forces to deploy ClimaCert-X, the world’s first AI-powered certification and auditing platform for schools. Signed during GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai, the partnership represents a landmark initiative in embedding intelligence, sustainability, and safety into educational environments across the UAE.

Powered by Disrupt-X’s ALEF 360° platform, ClimaCert-X introduces continuous AI-based monitoring, auditing, and certification to improve air and water quality, energy efficiency, and safety compliance. Intel’s Edge AI and Cloud technologies will ensure scalable and secure implementation, while Taaleem will pilot the initiative across its network of schools, turning campuses into living labs of digital excellence.

“With ClimaCert-X and ALEF 360°, we’re enabling schools to translate insights into action — enhancing safety, improving air and water quality, and driving sustainable operations,”

— Asim Sajwani, CEO, Disrupt-X

“Technology is an enabler for smarter, safer, and more sustainable schools,” said Maris Keijser, Group Head of Operations, Taaleem. “This collaboration brings together innovation and operational excellence to enhance wellbeing and environmental performance across our campuses.”

Echoing the sentiment, Maha Laasri, Group Health, Safety & ESG Manager at Taaleem, noted, “Every innovation at Taaleem serves a purpose: to protect our people, empower educators, and build a legacy of sustainability aligned with the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 Vision.”

From air quality monitoring to smart pool water management, the integrated system ensures real-time compliance with safety and sustainability standards. Renu Navale, Vice President and GM of Smart Cities at Intel, emphasized that “Edge AI technologies are delivering measurable improvements in health, safety, and environmental quality while maintaining data privacy and operational efficiency.”

Together, Disrupt-X, Intel, and Taaleem are setting a new global benchmark for AI-driven sustainability in education, building the foundation for a future where learning environments are not only smarter—but safer, healthier, and environmentally responsible.
