Move strengthens regional operations and follows major AI initiatives in France and Italy

UAE-based AI infrastructure pioneer Core42, a G42 company, has announced the opening of its European headquarters in Dublin to meet growing demand for secure, high-performance AI infrastructure across the continent. The announcement was made during Investopia’s Global Dialogue Series in Dublin.

The new headquarters will serve as a central hub for customer delivery, engineering leadership, regulatory engagement, and partner collaboration, positioning Core42 to work closely with European enterprises and governments as they scale production-grade AI solutions.

“Europe is a central part of Core42’s global expansion strategy.” – Talal M. Al Kaissi, Interim CEO, Core42

Founded in 2023, Core42 specializes in sovereign cloud, advanced compute platforms, and hyperscale AI environments. Its AI Cloud platform offers fast, self-service access to high-performance compute for training, inference, and large-scale experimentation. The company partners with global leaders including Microsoft, NVIDIA, AMD, and Cerebras to deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities.

The expansion builds on Core42’s recent European initiatives:

  • In France, partnerships with Data One and Oreus enabled a national-scale AI infrastructure deployment in Grenoble.
  • In Italy, collaboration with Domyn resulted in Europe’s largest AI compute cluster, accelerating the region’s AI-first economy.

Commenting on the milestone, Talal M. Al Kaissi, Interim CEO of Core42, said: “Europe is a central part of Core42’s global expansion strategy. Establishing our headquarters in Dublin gives us the operational base to support growing demand for high-performance AI infrastructure and to work more closely with customers and partners as they scale production-grade AI across key sectors.”

The announcement coincided with the launch of a Core42-EMIR report on Europe’s compute capacity and infrastructure priorities, offering guidance for governments, investors, and enterprises building sovereign-aligned AI ecosystems.

Core42 will begin formal operations in Dublin in early 2026, with plans to expand engineering, customer success, and partner ecosystem teams throughout the year.
