Check Point Software Technologies has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Veriti Cybersecurity, the pioneer of Preemptive Exposure Management (PEM), in a move aimed at reducing the growing cyber attack surface of modern enterprises. The acquisition is set to significantly bolster Check Point’s Infinity Platform with Veriti’s automated, multi-vendor threat exposure and remediation capabilities.

The platform also enhances Check Point’s strategic partnership with Wiz by automating protections for cloud exposures.

The acquisition aligns with Check Point’s prevention-first strategy, expanding its Threat Exposure and Risk Management offering to provide complete risk lifecycle coverage — from external reconnaissance to internal misconfigurations. The transaction is expected to close by the end of Q2 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.
