Positioned as the first production-ready identity security controls for agentic AI, these enhancements extend BeyondTrust’s leadership in safeguarding human, machine, and secret identities to now include AI-driven agents.

The company unveiled three key innovations:
- AI Agent Insights – Expands Identity Security Insights’ capabilities to discover, classify, and risk-score AI agents across cloud and SaaS environments such as Salesforce Agentforce and ServiceNow. It also exposes shadow AI while enabling Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP) and Just-In-Time (JIT) access policies for governance.
- Secure MCP Orchestration – Through BeyondTrust’s lightweight MCP server, the platform securely brokers agent actions across products, enabling privilege-safe workflows such as JIT API requests in Entitle and credential rotations in Password Safe, with extensibility for customer-deployed LLMs.
- Omnipresent AI Decision-Support Layer – Embedded in the Pathfinder Platform, this intelligence assistant interacts with identity security data to provide real-time insights, remediation steps, and contextual guidance, powered by BeyondTrust Phantom Labs™ research.
